Her versatility and talent have earned her accolades and admiration from peers and audiences alike.

But Trupti's journey doesn't stop there. With her keen eye for creativity and attention to detail, she also excelled in Creative Direction and as a writer, trans-creating content & overseeing projects with finesse and ensuring every aspect is executed to perfection. Her leadership and vision have been instrumental in the success of numerous ventures.

Yet, perhaps Trupti's most impactful role has been that of a mentor. Over the course of her career, she formed WriteVoice Inc. a company dedicated nurture talent and empower aspiring writers to reach their full potential. From India to South Africa, Trupti's guidance and mentorship have transcended borders, inspiring countless individuals to hone their craft and pursue their dreams.

“I had a very specific Purpose behind forming WriteVoice Inc.Being a voice over Artist and worked on all three aspects of dubbing, I could see a huge gap between the vision of a writer and that of an artist or the director.
I realised that the writers are segregated, they lack training and representation, they work individually with very little or no guidance & absolutely no peer support. they often seem to have very little knowledge of what goes about in the studio once the script is delivered due to lack of exposure and support & tend to lose out on work in spite of having the potential & in most cases, get exploited monetarily too.

Owing to the strict timelines of the studio and a lack of system for the writers, it’s difficult for the studios to invest in a writer. because of this the quality of scripts started degrading as anybody could translate without any form of proper training for very little money since the script would get refined in the studio by the director and the artist.
This would cost more studio time, directors spent more time correcting the script instead of directing & the artists spent more time learning new lines than performing. This also led to more work for the directors and the artists leaving the writers worthless in the process of dubbing, creatively as well as monetarily.

A writer is as important to the process of dubbing as much as an artist and the studio is, however, because of these problems they never really got their dues and they remain to be in an oblivion.
This kept happening for a very long time, reducing the budgets allotted for writing ,a writers role to a translator and eventually robbing them off their value despite of the fact that they work hard and spend numerous hours writing a script, be it good or bad, in return get paid in peanuts, impacting trained writers along the way & disrupting the entire market.

Script Writing is actually the first step in the process of dubbing. The number of hours spent writing a Bad script is same as to writing a Good one. The only difference between a Good script and a Bad Script is Training. WriteVoice Inc. was formed to solve exactly this problem.”
